What if…you knew that art was not meant for a talented few, but also for you?

What if…you could learn how to see like an artist and draw from observation?

What if...Nature became a source of inspiration for your drawing?

What if…you could learn from an award-winning instructor in your own home?

It's time to let your inner artist shine!

You only need pencil, paper, and eraser to begin your amazing adventure. Add colored pencils or watercolor pencils if you like.

Learn basic drawing techniques and tips in this little summer workshop from a national award-winning art educator and professional artist.

Through sequential art lessons, instructional videos, and written materials, you will gradually develop your drawing skills, inspired by flowers and plants around you. Discover the joys of capturing your observations on the page in black & white and color. Even if you "can't draw a straight line," this class is for you! This is not a scientific form of botanical drawing. You are free to apply your creativity and imagination.
